The short version

Protein Dash collects no data. Everything you log stays on your device.

What the app stores

• Your protein logs, goal weight, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They are never sent to us or anyone else — Protein Dash has no server.
• There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Protein Dash reads your weight to keep your daily protein target accurate, and writes the protein you log as dietary protein samples. Health data is used only on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is never used for marketing or advertising, in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. You can revoke access at any time in the Health app.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data leaves it.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Health samples written by Protein Dash can be removed in the Health app.
